Runtime Product means the version specific files and application program interfaces (APIs) specified in the RUNTIME.TXT file provided with SAP Crystal Reports 2008, SAP Crystal Reports for Eclipse 2.0, and SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010.
Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.
Cost Share means the member’s financial obligation for a covered service. Depending on the plan type, cost-share may include one or more of the following: deductible, copay, access fee, coinsurance, pharmacy deductible, and precertification charges.
Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.
Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

Alternative nicotine product means any vaping product, whether or not it includes nicotine, including electronic smoking devices, that can be ingested into the body by chewing, smoking, absorbing, dissolving, inhaling, or by any other means. ‘Alternative nicotine product’ does not include:
Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.
Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.
Mercury-added product means a product or product component that contains mercury or a mercury compound that was intentionally added;
Final Product means a product that is not used in producing other products and is built and intended for use outdoors, provided the final product has not deteriorated or has otherwise become a potential source of contaminants.
The Product means all of the software or softwares, all hardware, database, middleware, operating systems and/or other materials which the Supplier is required to supply to the Bank under the Contract;

End product means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired under the contract for public use.
Net Sales Price means the gross billing price of any PRODUCT received by Licensee or its SUBLICENSEE for the sale or distribution of any PRODUCT, less the following amounts actually paid by Licensee or SUBLICENSEE:
New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.
Manufacturing Site means a location where a manufacturing
Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.
