School administrator means a superintendent, principal or his/her designee assistant principal//technical center director or his/her designee and/or the District’s Equity Coordinator.
Regional Administrator means the Regional Administrator of Region 10 of the EPA, or the authorized representative of the Regional Administrator.
Chief School Administrator means the Superintendent of Schools or the Administrative Principal if there is no Superintendent.
XXXXX Administrator means the Bank of England (or any successor administrator of the Sterling Overnight Index Average).
Zoning Administrator means the administrator of these rules who is appointed by the natural resources commission.
District administrator means the department employee assigned the overall supervision of the departmental operations in one of the Commonwealth's construction districts.
Special administrator means a personal representative as described in Sections 75-3-614 through 75-3-618.
SARON Administrator means the SIX Swiss Exchange AG (or any successor administrator of the Swiss Average Rate Overnight).
Deputy compact administrator means: the individual, if any, in each compacting state appointed to act on behalf of a Compact Administrator pursuant to the terms of this compact responsible for the administration and management of the state's supervision and transfer of juveniles subject to the terms of this compact, the rules adopted by the Interstate Commission and policies adopted by the State Council under this compact.
€STR Administrator means the European Central Bank (or any successor administrator of the Euro Short Term Rate).
Settlement Administrator means the third party settlement administrator proposed by the Parties, as approved by the Court.
Compact administrator means: the individual in each compacting state appointed pursuant to the terms of this compact, responsible for the administration and management of the state's supervision and transfer of juveniles subject to the terms of this compact, the rules adopted by the Interstate Commission and policies adopted by the State Council under this compact.
Tax Administrator means the individual charged with direct responsibility for administration of an income tax levied by a municipal corporation in accordance with this chapter, and also includes the following:
SOFR Administrator means the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of the secured overnight financing rate).
Scheme Administrator means the person or company appointed under an instrument by the founder to manage the administrative affairs of the scheme.
Account Administrator means the person(s) who have been granted authority by Customer to set up, amend, or otherwise control settings and/or make additional purchases for the Account via the Administrative Portal. Account Administrators may have varying levels of Account rights, skills, or permissions.
Chief administrator means the Chief Administrator of the New
CFD Administrator means an official of the City, or designee thereof, responsible for determining the Special Tax Requirement and providing for the levy and collection of the Special Taxes.
RFR Administrator means the XXXXX Administrator or the SARON Administrator, as applicable.
Beginning administrator means a building level or district level leader who has not completed three (3) years of experience as a building level or district level administrator.
Benchmark Administrator means, initially, the SOFR Administrator, or any successor administrator of the then-current Benchmark or any insolvency or resolution official with authority over such administrator.
Program Administrator means the person retained by the Wisconsin PACE Commission as provided in subsection (5)(b).
Index Administrator means the index administrator as set out in the Table, which is the corporation or other entity that is responsible for setting and reviewing the rules and procedures and the methods of calculation and adjustments, if any, related to the Index and announces (directly or through an agent) the level of the Index on a regular basis during each Scheduled Trading Day; where reference to the Index Administrator shall include a reference to the "Successor Index Administrator" defined in §4b(1) below.
IPN Portal Administrator means the USAID official designated by the Director, M/OAA, who has overall responsibility for managing the USAID Implementing Partner Notices Portal for Assistance.
Contract Administrator means the person authorized to represent the City in respect of the Contract and is identified at the time of award of the Contract;
Collateral Administrator means U.S. Bank National Association, and any successor thereto under the Collateral Administration Agreement.
