Counseling center definition

Counseling center means any nonprofit service operated at least partially with volunteer assistance that provides counseling, assistance or guidance, either in person or by telephone, to persons with mental illness or serious emotional disturbance; and
Counseling center means a domestic violence organization as defined in section 26 14-07.1-18 14-07.1-01.
Counseling center is defined in Section 5.7 hereof.
