Countries of La Francophonie definition

Countries of La Francophonie. ’ means countries that are members of the International Organization of La Francophonie. A total of 37 of them are eligible for the CFSP (identified in Annex A, Project Description).

  • Instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) means routine activities performed around the home or in the community and includes the following:

  • Warsaw Convention means the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Warsaw, October 12, 1929, as amended, but not including the Montreal Convention as defined above.

  • Caribbean Basin country construction material means a construction material that—

  • Nuclear medicine technologist means an individual who holds a current certification with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.

  • ICSID Convention means the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of other States, done at Washington, March 18, 1965;

  • Dynamic driving task means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.

  • international application means an application filed under this Treaty;

  • International airport means an airport:

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • Chinese Medicine Practitioner means a Chinese medicine practitioner who is duly registered with the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong pursuant to the Chinese Medicine Ordinance (Cap. 549) of the laws of Hong Kong, but excluding the Insured Person, the Policyholder, an insurance intermediary, an employer, employee, Immediate Family Member or business partner of the Policyholder and/or Insured Person.

  • Montreal Convention means the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Montreal, May 28, 1999.

  • Practice of medicine or osteopathic medicine means the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of

  • Convention country means any country or territory in which the Convention is in force;

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • manoeuvring area means that part of an aerodrome to be used for the take-off, landing and taxiing of aircraft, excluding aprons;

  • Patent Office means the respective patent office (foreign or domestic) for any patent.

  • Paris Convention means the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property of March 20, 1883, as last revised;

  • CAFRA Centers, Cores or Nodes means those areas with boundaries incorporated by reference or revised by the Department in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:7-13.16.

  • Instrumental activities of daily living or “IADL” means tasks consisting of housekeeping, laundry, shopping, transportation, medication management and meal preparation.

  • Radiologic technologist, limited means an individual, other than a licensed radiologic technologist,

  • Race or sex scapegoating means assigning fault, blame, or bias to a race or sex, or to members of a race or sex because of their race or sex; and

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.
