On May 29, 2014, the Company issued convertible bonds at a par value of US$200,000 each with an aggregate principal amount of US$54,600,000 to Datang Holdings (Hongkong) Investment Company Limited (“Datang”) and an aggregate principal amount of US$32,200,000 to Country Hill Limited (“Country Hill”) (collectively, the “Original Pre-emptive Bonds”).
