Country of Departure definition

Country of Departure means the country where the place of departure as herein defined is situated.

  • You must purchase this travel insurance before You travel out of Country of Departure.

  • Your trip shall start at the time that You leave Your address in the Country of Departure or from the start date shown on Your Certificate of Insurance, whichever is later and end on the date You return to the Country of Departure or at the end of the period shown on Your Certificate of Insurance, whichever is earlier.

  • All Trips must begin and end in the Country of Arrival, excluding the journey from the Country of Departure to the Country of Arrival.

  • Special Note:Please note that the coverage under this Policy expires when You return to Your Country of Departure irrespective of the duration of Your coverage.Checked-In Baggagemeans Your checked-in baggage will be covered only when You purchase the Tune Protect Travel Baggage Assurance Policy This coverage will be valid up to 6 consecutive hours from the time of disembarkation at the airport of destination.

  • Special Note:Please note that the coverage under this Policy expires when You return to Your Country of Departure irrespective of the duration of Yourcoverage.We, Us, Our, Companythe Company as stated in the Certificate of InsuranceYou, Your, Insured Personrefers to each insured person as named in the Certificate of Insurance attached to this Policy and have duly paid the required premium.

  • SECTION 3(B) – REPATRIATION OF MORTAL REMAINS In the event of death of the Insured Person due to an Accident or Sickness/Illness during the Trip, Emergency Travel Assistance will organise the repatriation of his mortal remains back to his habitual residence in the Country of Departure subject to the maximum limit as specified for Repatriation of Mortal Remains in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • We shall pay the Insured Person the Payable Amount as set out in Table A according to the Original Country of Departure, if the departure of the Insured Person’s Scheduled Flight is delayed from the time specified in the Insured Person’s travel itinerary for more than one (1) hour and the delay is caused solely by AirAsia.

  • The guaranteeing institution shall be jointly and severally liable with the person from whom the sums are directly due, to pay the import and export duties, taxes, fines, and interests, under the customs laws and regulations in the Country of Departure, Destination, and Transit in respect of the lack of timely discharge of the documents or in case of an irregularity in connection with a transit or inland customs clearance operation under this Protocol.

  • Please note: This service is only payable for the time that You are placed into an unexpected mandatory Quarantine overseas and ceases if You are required to Quarantine upon Your return to Your Country of Residence or Country of Departure.

  • Your tripshall start at the time that You leave Your address in the Country of Departure or from the start date shown on Your Certificate of Insurance, whichever is later and end on the date You return to the Country of Departure or at the end of the period shown on Your Certificate of Insurance, whichever is earlier.

  • Statement of Departures means Schedule C-1 to the form of Proposal attached as Schedule C.

  • Departure means (i) for purposes other than those specified in subdivision (ii), imposition of a sentence outside the applicable guideline range or of a sentence that is otherwise different from the guideline sentence; and (ii) for purposes of §4A1.3 (Departures Based on Inadequacy of Criminal History Category), assignment of a criminal history category other than the otherwise applicable criminal history category, in order to effect a sentence outside the applicable guideline range. "Depart" means grant a departure.

  • Head of Department : means the Head of Department for KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health as defined in Schedule 2 Column 1 and 2 of the Public Service Act 1994 (Proclamation 103 of 3 June 1994, as amended).

  • Fire Department means an organized fire department as that term is defined in section 1 of the fire prevention code, 1941 PA 207, MCL 29.1.
