Country of Departure definition

Country of Departure means the country where the place of departure as herein defined is situated.
Country of Departure means the country where the Tour Participant resides and departs from to participate in the Tour;
Country of Departure refers to the country where the Insured Person’s Scheduled Flight is destined to depart from as stated in the itinerary.

  • SECTION 3(B) – REPATRIATION OF MORTAL REMAINS In the event of death of the Insured Person due to an Accident or Sickness/Illness during the Trip, Emergency Travel Assistance will organise the repatriation of his mortal remains back to his habitual residence in the Country of Departure subject to the maximum limit as specified for Repatriation of Mortal Remains in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Please note:If treatment for COVID-19 is initiated within the 31-day coverage period, cover under Section A1 – COVID-19 Medical Expenses and section A2 - Emergency Medical Evacuation & Repatriation will continue beyond 31 days until You return to Your Country of Residence or Country of Departure, subject to the limits stated in the Table of Benefits and the other terms and conditions of this policy.

  • Statement of Departures means Schedule C-1 to the form of Proposal attached as Schedule C.

  • Departure means (i) for purposes other than those specified in subdivision (ii), imposition of a sentence outside the applicable guideline range or of a sentence that is otherwise different from the guideline sentence; and (ii) for purposes of §4A1.3 (Departures Based on Inadequacy of Criminal History Category), assignment of a criminal history category other than the otherwise applicable criminal history category, in order to effect a sentence outside the applicable guideline range. "Depart" means grant a departure.

  • Head of Department means a senior manager as defined in the Municipal Finance Management Act and who is responsible for a vote as assigned by the accounting officer;
