Overseas Trip definition

Overseas Trip means those trips other than Domestic Trips.
Overseas Trip means trips other than Domestic trips. 3 In the General Conditions, “Tour Price” shall mean the expenses paid by our Company for the transportation charges, accommodation charges, and other expenses payable to the transportation and accommodation facilities, etc., to arrange the Tour Service, and, in addition, the handling charge of the Tour Service that is set by us (excluding handling charges for alteration and cancellation procedures). 4 In this Part, “Communication Contract” shall mean the Arranged Tour Contract, which is executed between us and the card member of the credit card company affiliated with our Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Affiliated Company”), by subscription through telephone, mail, facsimile, or other means of communication, subject to prior consent of the traveler to the effect that the claims or obligations held by us, such as those in regard to the Tour Price, etc., under the Arranged Tour Contract are settled on or after the due date of those claims or obligations according to the separately provided card membership rules of the Affiliated Company and also subject to payment of the Tour Price, etc. by the method specified in Article 16, paragraph 2 or paragraph 5.
Overseas Trip means travel undertaken by the Insured Person up to thirty (30) consecutive days from the date of departure from the Philippines until his/her return to the Philippines.

Examples of Overseas Trip in a sentence

  • In this Contract, "Inland Trip" shall mean trips planned for only inside Japan, and "Overseas Trip" shall mean trips other than inland trips.

  • In this Contract, "Inland Trip" shall mean trips planned for travel within Japan only, and "Overseas Trip" shall mean those trips other than inland trips.

  • The Insured Person shall only be covered under one such Policy for the same Overseas Trip.

  • The Policy is extended to cover the Insured Person against Accidental Death or Injury whilst on an Overseas Trip and travelling as a passenger in any properly licensed private aircraft and/or helicopter excluding whilst onboard military aviation.

  • We will pay for Accidental Death or Injury or inconveniences as specified as a result of Strike, Civil Unrest Riot or Commotion or Acts of Terrorism whilst the Insured Person is on an Overseas Trip.

  • When by reason of any Accident covered by this Policy the Insured Person is exposed to the elements whilst on an Overseas Trip, and as a result of such exposure suffers an event for which compensation is otherwise payable herein, We will pay for such an event.

  • We will pay for Accidental Death or Injury as a result of the Insured Person being a victim of Hijack, murder or assault whilst the Insured Person is on an Overseas Trip.

  • SECTION A D - GOLF EQUIPMENT COVER: In consideration of additional premium paid by the Insured, the policy is extended to cover following benefits whilst the Insured Person is on an Overseas Trip • The market value (i.e. replacement cost less appropriate depreciation as per the age of equipment) of Insured’s own or hired Golf Equipment and/or its accessories subject to the limit as shown in the policy, when the same are lost due to theft or damaged during the entire trip.

Overseas Trip means Your trip, on an Emirates ticket which has ‘176’ as the first three digits of the ticket number, beyond the territorial limits of Your Country of Departure or Country of Residence as applicable depending on the country from where You originally depart as per Your Travel Itinerary. However, in no circumstance will Overseas Trip include Your Country of Residence. Pre-existing Medical Condition means an active infection of COVID-19 initially diagnosed prior to Your arrival at the first overseas destination shown on Your Travel Itinerary.
Overseas Trip means Your trip, on an Emirates airlines ticket which has ‘176’ as the first three digits of the ticket number, beyond the territorial limits of Your Country of Departure or Country of Residence as applicable depending on the country from where You originally depart as per Your Travel Itinerary. However, in no circumstance will Overseas Trip include Your Country of Residence.

  • Overseas treatment means treatments or appliances provided or sourced from outside of Australia. This includes treatment on cruise ships inside or outside Australian waters.
