County Capital Projects definition

County Capital Projects means the costs of acquisition and construction of the Azalea public works complex, a County EMS Station and library on Edisto Island, a corrections department campus for probation and parole, a radio tower, and office relocation for the County Assessor and/or such other county capital facilities as approved by County Council as set forth in Section 2(a)(iii)(B) of Article IV hereof.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.
