County Courthouse definition

County Courthouse means the buildings and fixtures located on the Land, as more particularly described in Exhibit B, which are leased by the County to BB&T under the Site Agreement and subleased by BB&T to the County under this Lease.
County Courthouse means the courthouse facility located at 301 South Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida (Parcel ID 2136250901415), and any parts associated therewith including, but not limited to, the parking spaces.
