County Courthouse definition

County Courthouse means the buildings and fixtures located on the Land, as more particularly described in Exhibit B, which are leased by the County to BB&T under the Site Agreement and subleased by BB&T to the County under this Lease.

  • At the end of each calendar year, Landlord shall determine the amount of the aggregate percentage increase, during such calendar year, in the per unit costs of the heat, electricity, gas, water, sewage, or any other utilities or utility services to the Old Vanderburgh County Courthouse.

  • Tenant further agrees not to permit or commit any waste, nor to permit any odors, water, noises or undesirable effects to emanate from the Premises or otherwise to permit the Premises to constitute a nuisance or to interfere with the safety, comfort or enjoyment of the Old Vanderburgh County Courthouse by Landlord or any other tenants or invitees.

  • If more than fifty percent (50%) of the gross leasable area the Old Vanderburgh County Courthouse shall be so taken, Landlord shall have the right to give Tenant written notice to terminate this Lease, effective as of the date of title vesting in such proceedings.

  • If: (a) the Premises shall be damaged to the extent of thirty percent (30%) or more of the cost of replacement thereof, or (b) the building or buildings constituting the Old Vanderburgh County Courthouse shall be damaged to the extent of fifty percent (50%) or more of the cost of replacement thereof, whether or not the Premises shall be damaged, Tenant shall have the option to cancel this Lease by written notice to Landlord within ninety (90) days after the date of such occurrence.

  • No waiver by Landlord in favor of any other tenant of the Old Vanderburgh County Courthouse shall be deemed a waiver in favor of Tenant.

  • Tenant shall do all things necessary to prevent the filing of any mechanic’s or other liens against the Premises or any other portion of the Old Vanderburgh County Courthouse by reason of any labor, service or materials performed or supplied to Tenant or to anyone holding the Premises through or under Tenant.

  • The Tenant is hereby aware that the facility known as the Old Vanderburgh County Courthouse is a publicly owned facility.

  • Tenant shall not do anything in or about the Premises which may violate the rules and regulations of the fire insurance rating organization having jurisdiction which will increase any insurance rates or premiums on the Premises, the building of which it forms a part and/or any other buildings or improvements in the Old Vanderburgh County Courthouse.

  • Where any sign, lettering, advertising matter, awning, canopy, sign, banner, flag, antenna, shade, blind or the like (“Signs”) may be wholly or partially visible from the Common Areas of or the outside of the Old Vanderburgh County Courthouse, the same may not be installed upon the Premises without written permission from Landlord, in Landlord’s sole discretion.

  • The travel must be outside the Williamson County Courthouse, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ by a 45-mile radius.
