Examples of County forces in a sentence
If the undersigned has not begun to provide satisfactory clean-up of the area within fifteen (15) days after the notice, then the Engineer shall take the necessary steps to eliminate the problem including, but not limited to, performing the work with County forces, or contracting with outside forces at the Engineer's option, documenting all expenses incurred performing the work.
The construction plans and County forces will dictate exact beginning and ending points for each roadway.
The Contractor shall submit to the Engineer a complete schedule of operations, so that County forces will have an opportunity to perform any preparatory work that may be required.
Said amount shall be deducted from the County’s payment to the Contractor; and/or (c) Upon giving five (5) days notice to the Contractor for failure to correct the deficiencies, the County may correct any and all deficiencies and the total costs incurred by the County for completion of the work by an alternate source, whether it be County forces or separate private contractor, will be deducted and forfeited from the payment to the Contractor from the County, as determined by the County.

If permanent paving is not completed as specified, County forces may pave it and the permittee will be charged the cost plus appropriate overhead charges.

Should County forces be required to do the work, the owner will be billed the maximum amount allowed by law.
Any such emergency work performed by County forces will not in any way diminish the Developers/Contractor’s liabilities as described hereunder.
Sweeping by County forces shall not relieve Contractor of any liability arising from its failure to comply with these specifications.
