State indigent transcript means a transcript that is paid for from state funds and is for the use on behalf of a litigant who has been declared indigent by a court.
competent authorities means the competent authorities of the Member States as identified on the websites listed in Annex II;
Transcript means a printed verbatim reproduction of everything said on the record during a hearing or other official proceeding.
County means the county of Los Angeles or any public entities for which the board of supervisors is the governing body. (Ord. 2002-0040 § 1, 2002: Ord. 2002-0015 § 1 (part), 2002)
Private transcript means a transcript, including but not limited to a deposition transcript that is paid for by a private party.
Licensing state means any state with regulations equivalent to the suggested state regulations for control of radiation relating to, and an effective program for, the regulatory control of NARM and which has been granted final designation by the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors, Inc.
Competent Authority and ‘Appellate Authority’ shall mean the following:
Districts – shall mean the Lake Ashton Community Development District (“LA CDD”) and Lake Ashton II Community Development District (“LAII CDD”), each a political subdivision of the State of Florida, created pursuant to Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes. Each individually may be referred to herein as a “District.”
FDA means the United States Food and Drug Administration and any successor agency thereto.
County Auditor means the Greenville County Auditor, or the person holding any successor office of the County.
