County PILOT definition

County PILOT means the Dutchess County’s Apportioned Share of the Annual PILOT due on February 28 of each year.

  • Upon execution of this Agreement, this Agreement shall replace the County PILOT Agreement for the Properties defined herein, as well as replace any other prior agreements among the parties regarding any PILOT payments not heretofore mentioned.
