Covenant Trigger Date definition

Covenant Trigger Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.03(b).
Covenant Trigger Date has the meaning specified in Section 8.9.
Covenant Trigger Date means the earlier of (i) 24 months from the Issue Date and (ii) the date that the Net Income Threshold is met.

More Definitions of Covenant Trigger Date

Covenant Trigger Date means any day on which Borrowers fail to maintain Excess Availability in an amount at least equal to 10% of the Maximum StatedRevolver Amount.
Covenant Trigger Date means any date Undrawn Availability is less than twelve and one-half percent (12.5%) of the Maximum Loan Amount for five (5) consecutive days.
