Covered Broadcom Functionality definition

Covered Broadcom Functionality means, subject to subsection (i) below, functionality that Broadcom can prove was incorporated into any Broadcom Existing Component on or prior to the Introduction Deadline or any combination of functionality that Broadcom can prove was incorporated into separate Broadcom Existing Components on or prior to the Introduction Deadline.   • Mobile source means a motor vehicle, nonroad engine, or nonroad vehicle. A motor vehicle is a self-propelled vehicle designed for transporting persons or property on a street or highway. A nonroad vehicle is a vehicle powered by a nonroad engine. A nonroad engine is an internal combustion engine that is not used in a motor vehicle or a vehicle used solely for competition, or that is not subject to standards promulgated under section 111 or section 202 of the Act.
