Covered Standards definition

Covered Standards means the following recognized digital cellular standards or other digital cellular specifications for digital cellular TDMA-based communications systems describing the air interface between infrastructure equipment and terminal units: TIA/EIA 54/136, GSM, GPRS, EDGE, PDC, PHS, and with respect to Covered Terminal Units additionally all other TDMA standards, as amended or enhanced from time to time (including TDMA based 2.5G, TDMA based 2.75G, TDMA based 2.8G, etc., but not Third Generation (other than EDGE)); provided, that in no event shall "Covered Standards" be construed to include any Excluded Standard.
Covered Standards mean standards for Narrowband CDMA and Third Generation.
Covered Standards mean PHS and PDC.

Covered Standards mean XX-00, XX-000, XXX, XXX-0000/0000, PDC, PHS and additional standards for digital wireless communications products as added pursuant to Xxxxxxxxx 0, xxxxx, and various derivations thereof that do not fundamentally alter the character thereof, where the use and operation of products in conformity with such standards is covered by one or more claims of the Licensed Patents.
Covered Standards means, individually or collectively as the context requires: HTML 4.0, CSS 1.0, CSS 2.1, IMAP4 Standard, POP3 Standard, iCalendar Standards, ODF 1.1, Qualifying ODF Versions, IS 29500, the ECMA 376 Specification, and the Supplemental I.E. Standards.
