CP Satisfaction Date definition

CP Satisfaction Date means the date on which all of the Conditions Precedent have been satisfied (or waived in writing by the Party described in Section 2.4).

• Upon an Event of Default of Seller on or after the CPUC Approval Date but prior to the CP Satisfaction Date, Buyer may terminate this Agreement in which case Seller shall owe Buyer liquidated damages in the amount of the Development Period Security.

More Definitions of CP Satisfaction Date

CP Satisfaction Date means the date on which all Conditions Precedent have been satisfied or waived in accordance with this Agreement.
