CPF Ordinary Account means the Customer's Central Provident Fund Ordinary Account maintained with the Board.

  • Any interest in the CPF Investment Account may not be withdrawn but shall be credited to the CPF Ordinary Account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • If the amount of the funds which Customer instructs the Bank to refund to his CPF Ordinary Account is less than the funds available in his CPF Investment Account at the time the Bank receives instructions to effect the refund, the instruction to refund shall be deemed cancelled.

  • Primary Account or “Settlement Account” shall mean, in case of multiple Accounts linked to the ATM/Debit Card, the Account that has been designated as being the main/first Account of operation i.e. the Account from which purchase transactions, charges and fees related to the ATM/Debit Card are debited.

  • Discretionary Account means a Personal Account in which you have completely turned over decision-making authority to a professional money manager (who is not a Family Member or not otherwise covered by this Code) and you have no direct or indirect influence or control over the account. (Such Discretionary Accounts are often referred to as “professionally managed,” “controlled” or “managed” accounts.)

  • Depository Account includes any commercial, checking, savings, time, or thrift account, or an account that is evidenced by a certificate of deposit, thrift certificate, investment certificate, certificate of indebtedness, or other similar instrument maintained by a Financial Institution in the ordinary course of a banking or similar business. A Depository Account also includes an amount held by an insurance company pursuant to a guaranteed investment contract or similar agreement to pay or credit interest thereon.

  • Custody Account means each Securities custody account on Bank's records to which Financial Assets are or may be credited pursuant hereto.

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Subsidy Account If the Trust Estate contains any Subsidy Loans, the deposit account or accounts created and maintained by the Servicer for deposit of Subsidy Funds and amounts payable under interest subsidy agreements relating to mortgage loans other than the Mortgage Loans.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Collateral Accounts means any and all accounts established and maintained by the Pledgee in the name of any Pledgor to which Collateral may be credited.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Disbursement Account means any Deposit Account maintained by Borrower with a financial institution for the purpose of receiving and disbursing the proceeds of Loans made pursuant hereto.

  • Servicer Account means any account established by Servicer in connection with the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.
