Liquidity Account has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22(a).
Liquidity Account means any segregated account maintained by the Issuer with the Pledge Agent, relating to any single series of Securities and for the benefit of Holders of such series, it being understood that the Issuer is not required to have a Liquidity Account.

Liquidity Account means an account to be established by the Issuer with the Offshore Account Bank prior to disbursement, to be pledged and blocked in favour of the Offshore Security Agent, and where the Offshore Account Bank shall waive any set-off rights to such account.
