CPR Rules definition

CPR Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3(a).

CPR Rules shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.10.

CPR Rules means the Center for Public Resources Rules for Nonadministered Arbitration of Business Disputes.

Examples of CPR Rules in a sentence

• The arbitration tribunal will consist of [***] arbitrators, chosen in accordance with Rules 5.3 and 6 of the CPR Rules.

• If, however, the aggregate award sought by the Parties is less than [***] and equitable relief is not sought, a single arbitrator will be chosen in accordance with Rules 5.3 and 6 of the CPR Rules.

CPR Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 15.2.2.

CPR Rules means the Rules for Non-Administered Arbitration of Business Disputes promulgated by the Center for Public Resources, as in effect on the date hereof.

CPR Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.

CPR Rules means the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution rules for non-administered arbitration.
