HKIAC Rules definition

HKIAC Rules shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10.13(a).

HKIAC Rules has the meaning ascribed to this term in Section 8.2(b).

• To the extent that the HKIAC Rules are in conflict with the provisions of this Section, including the provisions concerning the appointment of the arbitrators, the provisions of this Section shall prevail.
