CPYe Services definition

CPYe Services means the mobile phone/Touch Tone/Internet/other electronic trading service and facility provided by CPY under this Section so as to enable the Client to trade Securities and/or Futures/Options Contract(s) through CPY and give electronic instructions to purchase, sell and otherwise deal with Securities and/or Futures/Options Contract(s) through the Client's relevant Account(s);

Examples of CPYe Services in a sentence

  • CPY reserves the right to impose subscription fees/charges for using the CPYe Services.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is the responsibility of the Client to take its own initiative to contact CPY to check the status of any Instructions given through the CPYe Services.

  • The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Client shall be solely responsible for all Instructions entered through the CPYe Services using the PIN as received by CPY and neither CPY nor CPY's directors, officers, employees or agents shall have any liability to the Client, or to any other person whose claim may arise through the Client for any claims with respect to the handling or loss of any Instruction.

  • The Client agrees that CPY shall not be responsible for any losses the Client or any other person may suffer for the failure of sending out the message alert and/or as a result of relying on any real time quote on prices of Securities and/or Futures/Options Contract(s) which may be available to the Client through the CPYe Services.

  • The Client warrants and undertakes that the Client shall not, and/or shall not attempt to, tamper with, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise alter in any way, and shall not, and/or shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to, any part of the CPYe Services.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Free Services means the Subscription Service or other products or features made available by us to you on an unpaid trial or free basis.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.
