Software Services definition
Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.
Software Services means PeopleGuru’s software-as-a-service applications as described in the Documentation.

Due to the heightened activity surrounding catastrophe events, HCM’s increased use of Exzeo’s systems and the importance of Exzeo’s systems to efficiently handle catastrophe claims, Exzeo will charge to HCM an enhanced catastrophe services fee for extraordinary use of the Licensed Software and the Software Services to handle and adjust Catastrophe Claims (the “Catastrophe Services”) and HCM accepts the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the Catastrophe Services.

Software Services each means the web-based service(s) commonly referred to as a “Software as a Service” (SaaS) solution to be provided by or on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ under this Agreement that includes hosting, monitoring, operating and maintaining the Software as a service at a site owned or controlled by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the delivery of non-exclusive access via the Internet to Customer to use the Software, as a service, granted to Customer pursuant to Section 2 hereof. The Services shall also include storing all data entered and maintained by Users through use of the Services.

Software Services means SG’s provision of the features and functionalities of the SG Platform on a software as a service basis, as may be further described in the Order Form.
