CRD IV Directive definition

CRD IV Directive means Directive 2013/36/EU on access to the activity of credit institutions and the prudential supervision of credit institutions and investment firms of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013, as the same may be amended or replaced from time to time.
CRD IV Directive means Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on access to the activity of credit institutions and the prudential supervision of credit institutions and investment firms, amending Directive 2002/87/EC and repealing Directives 2006/48/EC and 2006/49/EC or such other directive as may come into effect in place thereof, as amended or replaced from time to time (including by the CRD V Directive).
CRD IV Directive means the Directive (2013/36/EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms dated 26 June 2013 and published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 27 June 2013 (or, as the case may be, any provision of Danish law transposing or implementing such Directive), as amended or replaced from time to time;

  • A reinstatement as described above shall not be effected in circumstances which (when aggregated together with distributions of the kind referred to in Article 141 (2) of CRD IV Directive or, as the case may be, any provision of Danish law transposing or implementing Article 141 (2) of the CRD IV Directive, or any successor thereto) would cause any Maximum Distributable Amount to be exceeded.
