Creative Talent definition

Creative Talent. Bookwriters, producers, directors, actors and others who participate in the creative process relating to development and/or production of either the Series or one or more of the Musicals.
Creative Talent. Screenwriter, Producer, Director, Actors and others who participate in the creative process relating to the Film's production.

  • Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.
