Interest on the Bonds shall cease to accrue upon receipt by the Credit Facility Trustee of funds drawn under the Credit Facility.

If an event of default under Section 901 of the Indenture shall be cured or waived and any remedial action by the Trustee or the Credit Facility Trustee rescinded, any correlative default under this Loan Agreement shall be deemed to have been cured or waived.

The Borrower agrees that if, after exhaustion of the moneys in the Project Fund, the Borrower should pay any portion of the total cost of Project pursuant to the provisions of this Section, it shall not be entitled to any reimbursement therefor from the Issuer, the Bank, the Trustee, the Credit Facility Trustee or any Bondholder and it shall not be entitled to any abatement or diminution of the payments required to be made by the Borrower pursuant to the Note or Section 5.1 hereof.
