Security Trustee definition

Security Trustee shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the preamble;

Security Trustee means Computershare Trust Company of Canada;

Security Trustee means HSH Nordbank AG, acting in such capacity through its office at Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx 00, X-00000, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, or any successor of it appointed under clause 5 of the Agency and Trust Agreement;

Examples of Security Trustee in a sentence

• Following completion of the purchase of any Purchased Receivables, the Servicer will ensure that the Purchased Receivable Records in respect of the Ancillary Rights and the relevant Financing Contracts are held to the order of the Issuer and the Security Trustee.

• The Issuer shall, promptly following the execution of a replacement servicing agreement in accordance with clause 6.11 (Servicer Replacement and Termination) with the successor servicer, assign its interest in such agreement in favour of the Security Trustee in the terms of the Deed of Charge and Assignment mutatis mutandis, to the satisfaction of the Security Trustee, to the extent that the Deed of Charge and Assignment does not already effect such an assignment.

• If the Issuer or the Security Trustee is entitled to make a claim under any of the insurances effected in accordance with the provisions of this Part, the Servicer shall take such action as may reasonably be requested of it by the Issuer or the Security Trustee to enable any such claim to be made.

More Definitions of Security Trustee

Security Trustee means The Bank of New York in its capacity as security trustee in respect of the Programme;

Security Trustee means a security trustee under a Security Trust Deed and any successor trustee appointed under that Security Trust Deed.

Security Trustee has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.

Security Trustee means Deutsche Trustee Company Limited, in its capacity as security trustee under the Trust Deed and the Deed of Charge together with any successor security trustee appointed from time to time;

Security Trustee means the person who is for the time being the security trustee under the Security Trust Deed.

Security Trustee shall have the meaning provided in Section 9.12.

Security Trustee means the Person appointed, at the time of determination, as the trustee for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to Section 5.01 of the Security Trust Agreement. The initial Security Trustee is Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas.
