Credit Observation End Date definition

Credit Observation End Date means the Scheduled Maturity Date, or such other date as may be specified in the Pricing Supplement.
Credit Observation End Date means, in respect of the Notes, the Scheduled Maturity Date, and in respect of the Swap Agreement, the Scheduled Termination Date, or such other date as may be specified in the Final Terms in respect of the Notes or the Confirmation in respect of the Swap Agreement.
Credit Observation End Date means the final Cut-off Date or such other date as may be specified in respect of the Notes, in the Pricing Conditions and in respect of the Swap Transaction, the Confirmation.

  • Repudiation/Moratorium Extension Notice” means an irrevocable notice (which may be in writing (including by facsimile and/or e-mail) and/or by telephone) from the Calculation Agent to the Company that describes a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium that occurred on or prior to the Credit Observation End Date (determined by reference to Greenwich Mean Time (or, if the relevant Standard is Japan or Japan Sovereign, Tokyo time)).

  • An Event Determination Date may result from a Credit Event occurring at any time from and including the Credit Event Backstop Date to and including the Credit Observation End Date (or the Extension Date, if a Potential Failure to Pay or Potential Repudiation/Moratorium occurs).

  • In addition, if on or prior to the Credit Observation End Date (as defined in the Credit Default Swap Transaction) the Determination Agent determines that a Credit Event has occurred and an Event Determination Date may occur after the Scheduled Maturity Date, the Maturity Date shall be postponed to the last date on which an Event Determination Date may occur with respect to such Credit Event, or such later date determined in accordance with the paragraph above.

  • In addition to the Termination Events provided in the Master Swap Agreement, the Swap Agreement provides that the Swap Transaction will terminate if an Event Determination Date occurs at any time from and including the Credit Event Backstop date to and including the Credit Observation End Date.
