Credit Party Accession Agreement definition

Credit Party Accession Agreement means an accession agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto, executed and delivered by a Subsidiary after the Closing Date, in accordance with Section 8.10 or Section 9.15.
Credit Party Accession Agreement means an accession agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit H hereto, executed and delivered by a Subsidiary after the Effective Date, in accordance with Section 8.10 or Section 9.15 hereof.
