Credit Policy means the “New Jersey Infrastructure Bank Credit Policy,” as adopted by the Board of Directors of the I-Bank and as further amended and supplemented from time to time.
Borrower Loan means the mortgage loan made by the Governmental Lender to the Borrower pursuant to the Borrower Loan Agreement in the aggregate principal amount of the Borrower Loan Amount, as evidenced by the Borrower Notes.
Originating Lender has the meaning specified therefor in Section 13.1(e) of the Agreement.
credit meter means a meter where an account is issued subsequent to the consumption of electricity;
Borrower Account has the meaning specified in Section 2.11(a)(ii).
Credit hour means 50 minutes of classroom instruction in
Letter of Credit Account means the account established by the Borrower under the sole and exclusive control of the Administrative Agent maintained at the office of the Administrative Agent at 200 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 designated as the “Delphi Letter of Credit Account” that shall be used solely for the purposes set forth herein.
Reference Lenders means the Agent unless the Agent resigns said responsibility, at which time and thereafter such term means one or two Lenders selected by the Agent in its discretion from time to time as a reference lender for purposes of determining the Adjusted Libor Rate.
Credit and Collection Policies or “Credit and Collection Policy” means the policies, practices and procedures adopted by the Issuer on the Closing Date, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, or relating to the maintenance of those types of receivables and the related equipment and collections on those types of receivables and the related equipment.
Credit and Collection Policy means the Originators’ credit and collection policies and practices relating to Contracts and Receivables existing on the date hereof and summarized in Exhibit VII hereto, as modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Credit Voucher means a document executed by a Merchant evidencing any refund or price adjustment relating to Cards to be credited to a Cardholder account.
Domestic Borrowing Base means, at any time of calculation, an amount equal to:
Credit Risk Management Fee The amount payable to the Credit Risk Manager on each Distribution Date as compensation for all services rendered by it in the exercise and performance of any and all powers and duties of the Credit Risk Manager under the Credit Risk Management Agreements, which amount shall equal one twelfth of the product of (i) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate multiplied by (ii) the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and any related REO Properties as of the first day of the related Due Period.
U.S. Borrowing Base means, as of any date of determination, the result of:
Credit Account is modified to read “Grant Account”.
Committed Revolving Line means a credit extension of up to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000).
Borrower Loan Documents shall have the meaning given such term in the Borrower Loan Agreement.
Standard Letter of Credit Practice means, for Issuing Bank, any domestic or foreign law or letter of credit practices applicable in the city in which Issuing Bank issued the applicable Letter of Credit or, for its branch or correspondent, such laws and practices applicable in the city in which it has advised, confirmed or negotiated such Letter of Credit, as the case may be, in each case, (a) which letter of credit practices are of banks that regularly issue letters of credit in the particular city, and (b) which laws or letter of credit practices are required or permitted under ISP or UCP, as chosen in the applicable Letter of Credit.
Borrower Loan Agreement means this Borrower Loan Agreement.
Borrower Agreement shall have the meaning provided such term in Section 3(a) hereof.
Borrowing Base means, as of any date of determination, the result of:
Term Loan Administrative Agent means Bank of America, in its capacity as administrative agent under the Term Loan Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.
Credit Guidelines means the policies of Credit Acceptance, relating to the extension of credit to automobile, light-duty truck, minivan and/or sport utility dealers and consumers in respect of retail installment contracts for the sale of automobiles, light-duty trucks, minivans and/or sport utility vehicles including the policies for determining creditworthiness of such dealers and consumers and otherwise relating to the extension of credit to dealers and consumers and the maintenance of installment sale contracts, as in effect on the Cut-off Date and as amended from time to time in accordance with the Basic Documents or in accordance with Applicable Law, attached hereto as Exhibit H.
