Credit Rating Level definition

Credit Rating Level means one of the following five pricing levels, as applicable, and provided that, from and after the time that Administrative Agent receives written notice from Borrower that Parent or Borrower has an Investment Grade Rating from at least one of the Rating Agencies and that Borrower has irrevocably elected to have the Applicable Margin determined based on Parent’s or Borrower’s Investment Grade Rating, during any period that the Parent has no Credit Rating Level, Credit Rating Level 5 shall be the applicable Credit Rating Level:
