Credit Spread definition

Credit Spread means for any debt facility the rate of interest applicable to the amount of such debt facility as shown in the Financial Model minus the applicable Base Rate.
Credit Spread means for any Senior Credit Facility the rate of interest applicable to the amount of such Senior Credit Facility as shown in the Financial Model minus the applicable Base Rate.

Credit Spread means, subject at all times to Section 1(b), 1.35% per annum, as such percentage may be increased or reduced from time to time as agreed to in writing by the Purchaser and the Company.
