Credit Support Annex definition
Credit Support Annex means the Credit Support Annex annexed to this Agreement.
Credit Support Annex means in respect of each Swap Agreement, the ISDA Credit Support Annex between the Issuer and the relevant Swap Counterparty which supplements and forms part of the relevant Swap Agreement.
Credit Support Annex has the meaning specified in Section 4.4(c).
Examples of Credit Support Annex in a sentence
For purposes of calculating Exposure under the ISDA Master Agreement and the Credit Support Annex, the transaction set forth in this Confirmation shall be excluded.

Credit Support Annex means the 1994 ISDA Credit Support Annex between Party A and Party B dated as of the date hereof.
