Creditor Listing definition

Creditor Listing means the list of creditors required by subsection 51(1) of the Act to be mailed to each known Creditor prior to the Unsecured Creditors' Meeting.

  • If LHDR is able to obtain a sixty-five percent (65%) or greater reduction of Client’s total scheduled debt of the original balance on the accounts listed in the Creditor Listing Form, Client agrees to pay LHDR on a contingency fee basis five percent (5%) of the amount of debt reduction (total amount enrolled in the program less amount of settlement) accomplished by the work of LHDR and its staff, which will be reconciled at the end of the program.

  • Client authorizes LHDR to negotiate and modify the unsecured debt listed in the Creditor Listing Form of this Agreement.

  • The term of this Agreement shall commence on the effective date and continue until the negotiated resolution of unsecured debt disclosed by Client in the Creditor Listing Form of this Agreement or until termination of this Agreement as provided in Paragraph XIV.

  • The details of such obligation are included in the Creditor Listing Form of this Agreement.

  • Client must complete all payments as listed and hereafter amended in order to provide Monarch with the opportunity to settle all enrolled debt on the Creditor Listing enclosed.

  • Creditor Representative means, with respect to Series 2023-7, the Indenture Trustee.

  • De-listing means, in respect of any relevant Securities, that the Exchange announces that pursuant to the rules of such Exchange, the Securities cease (or will cease) to be listed, traded or publicly quoted on the Exchange for any reason (other than a Merger Event or Tender Offer) and are not immediately re-listed, re- traded or re-quoted on an exchange or quotation system located in the same country as the Exchange (or, where the Exchange is within the European Union, in any member state of the European Union).

  • Primary Listing means the single White Pages directory listing for residence and business Customers provided by CBT, and the basic Yellow Pages directory listing provided for business Customers by Publisher. Each telephone configuration that allows a terminating call to ▇▇▇▇ for an available line among a series of lines shall be considered a single Customer entitled to a single primary listing.

  • Securities System means the Federal Reserve Book-Entry System, a clearing agency which acts as a Securities Depository, or another book entry system for the central handling of securities (including an Eligible Securities Depository).

  • Blacklisting means barring a bidder, contractor, consultant or supplier from participating in any future procurement proceedings.
