Creditor Listing definition

Creditor Listing means the list of creditors required by subsection 51(1) of the Act to be mailed to each known Creditor prior to the Unsecured Creditors' Meeting.

  • Creditor agency means a Federal agency to whom a debtor owes a mone- tary debt. It need not be the same agency that effects the offset.

  • Creditor Representative means, with respect to Series 2023-5, the Indenture Trustee.

  • De-listing means, in respect of any relevant Fund Share, the Exchange announces that pursuant to the rules of such Exchange, such Fund Share ceases (or will cease) to be listed, traded or publicly quoted on such Exchange for any reason (other than a Merger Event or Tender Offer) and are not immediately re-listed, re-traded or re-quoted on (i) where the Exchange is located in the United States, any of the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ Global Market or Global Select Market (or their respective successors) or (ii) an exchange or quotation system located in the same country as the Exchange (or, where the Exchange is within the European Union, in any member state of the European Union).

  • Primary Listing means the single directory listing provided to Customers by Publisher under the terms of this Agreement. Each telephone configuration that allows a terminating call to xxxx for an available time among a series of lines shall be considered a single Customer entitled to a single primary listing. “Proprietary Information” is as defined in Article 20, Section 20.1.1.

  • Securities System means the Federal Reserve Book-Entry System, a clearing agency which acts as a Securities Depository, or another book entry system for the central handling of securities (including an Eligible Securities Depository).

  • Blacklisting means barring a bidder, contractor, consultant or supplier from participating in any future procurement proceedings.

  • Securities Trading Act means the Securities Trading Act of 2007 no.75 of the Relevant Jurisdiction.

  • Securities Regulators means collectively, the securities regulators or other securities regulatory authorities in the Selling Jurisdictions;

  • Listing means the listing of the shares of Common Stock on a national securities exchange.

  • Liquidation Process Regulations means, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations 2016 as amended from time to time;

  • GEM Listing Rules the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM

  • ASX Listing Rules means the official listing rules of the ASX.

  • Second Priority Representative means (i) in the case of the Initial Second Priority Debt Facility covered hereby, the Initial Second Priority Representative and (ii) in the case of any Second Priority Debt Facility and the Second Priority Debt Parties thereunder the trustee, administrative agent, collateral agent, security agent or similar agent under such Second Priority Debt Facility that is named as the Representative in respect of such Second Priority Debt Facility in the applicable Joinder Agreement.

  • Creditor Parties means, collectively, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders, the L/C Issuers, the Swap Banks, and each co-agent or sub-agent appointed by the Administrative Agent from time to time pursuant to Section 9.05, and the other Persons to whom the Obligations are owing.

  • Creditor Party means the Agent, the Security Trustee or any Lender, whether as at the date of this Agreement or at any later time;

  • Bondholders Meeting" means a meeting among the Bondholders held in accordance with Clause 17 (Bondholders’ Meeting).

  • Trustee Issuer Secured Obligations means all amounts and obligations which the Issuer may at any time owe to or on behalf of the Trustee or the Trust Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Noteholders under this Indenture, the Notes or any Basic Document.

  • Designated Second Priority Representative means (i) the Initial Second Priority Representative, until such time as the Second Priority Debt Facility under the Initial Second Priority Debt Documents ceases to be the only Second Priority Debt Facility under this Agreement and (ii) thereafter, the Second Priority Representative designated from time to time by the Second Priority Instructing Group, in a notice to the Designated Senior Representative and the Company hereunder, as the “Designated Second Priority Representative” for purposes hereof.

  • Listing Agent means, in relation to any Notes which are, or are to be, listed on a Stock Exchange, such listing agent as the Issuer may from time to time appoint for the purposes of liaising with such Stock Exchange;

  • Securities Payment has the meaning specified in Section 1302.

  • Hong Kong Listing Rules means the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock

  • Second Lien Agent has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Information Security Program means the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that a licensee uses to access, collect, distribute, process, protect, store, use, transmit, dispose of, or otherwise handle nonpublic information.

  • Master Account Approval List means the list of Attendee reservations and Dates which the Judicial Council has authorized the Contractor to xxxx associated sleeping room charges and tax against the Judicial Council’s Master Account.

  • Senior Agent means the Person acting as agent from time to time for and on behalf of the Senior Lenders under the Credit Facility, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity.

  • Approved Market means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, the Nasdaq Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange or the American Stock Exchange.
