Criminal traffic offense definition

Criminal traffic offense means a violation that may subject a defendant upon conviction to incarceration, within the jurisdiction of a court to which these rules apply.

  • Sex offense means an offense defined as a sex offense in RCW 9.94A.030;

  • Violent offense means a violent offense as defined in RCW 9.94A.030;

  • Serious traffic violation means any of the following:

  • Local Traffic for the purposes of this Agreement the Parties shall agree that “Local Traffic” means traffic (excluding Commercial Mobile Radio Service “CMRS” traffic) that is originated and terminated within Embarq’s local calling area, or mandatory extended area service (EAS) area, as defined by the Commission or, if not defined by the Commission, then as defined in existing Embarq Tariffs. For this purpose, Local Traffic does not include any ISP-Bound Traffic.

  • Felony means a violation of a penal law of this state for which the offender may be punished by imprisonment for more than 1 year or an offense expressly designated by law to be a felony.
