Critical Date definition

Critical Date has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Addendum.
Critical Date and/or Means Agreement Milestones against which "Critical Time Period" Liquidated Damages shall accrue in relation to each Agreement Milestone as specified in any relevant Time Schedule.
Critical Date means in respect of various categories of Works the later of (a) the relevant date identified in the Schedule of Critical Dates at ANNEXURE 11 and (b) five (5) Working Days after the date when Full Details in respect of the relevant category of Works have first been provided to the Tenant in accordance with Clause 4.1.2

Examples of Critical Date in a sentence

  • Any notice given by the Vendor under paragraphs (c) and (d) above, must set out the stipulated Critical Date, as applicable.

  • Once the Vendor knows or ought reasonably to know that an Unavoidable Delay has commenced, the Vendor shall provide written notice to the Purchaser by the earlier of: 20 days thereafter; and the next Critical Date.

  • If the Vendor sets a Critical Date that occurs on a date other than a Business Day, the Critical Date is deemed to be the next Business Day.

  • The new Critical Dates are calculated by adding to the then next Critical Date the number of days of the Unavoidable Delay Period (the other Critical Dates changing accordingly), provided that the Firm Closing Date or Delayed Closing Date, as the case may be, must be at least 10 days after the day of giving notice unless the parties agree otherwise.

  • Bids will be opened as per date/time as mentioned in the Tender Critical Date Sheet.

  • At any given time the parties must refer to: the most recent revised Statement of Critical Dates; or agreement or written notice that sets a Critical Date, and calculate revised Critical Dates using the formulas contained in the Addendum.

  • A prospective Tenderer requiring any clarification on the Tender Document may notify through queries, on line only within the specified period (refer clause 1.6- Critical Date Sheet hereinbefore) Request for clarifications including request for Extension of Time for submission of Bid, if any, must be received not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the deadline for submission of tenders.

  • Note: Any time a Critical Date is set or changed as permitted in the Addendum, other Critical Dates may change as well.

  • To clarify the queries and take suggestions of the applicants, a pre- bid meeting is scheduled on date, time and location specified in Critical Date Sheet.

  • In case the Prospective Bidders need any clarification regarding any Terms and Conditions of the Tender, he/she/they may seek clarification through CPPP on or before the time indicated in the Critical Date Sheet.

Critical Date means the date one year before an application was filed; events that precede that date are considered "prior" to a claimed invention that issues on that application. 35 USC § 102(b)
