Cropping Plan definition

Cropping Plan means a detailed statement forming part of this policy showing the insurance cover selected by the Insured , the field number or name, the Crop and variety planted, the respective area planted, the sowing date, the emergence date, the average yield per hectare, the value per ton of harvested Crop and the Sum Insured of this crop.

Cropping Plan means a detailed statement forming part of this Policy which indicates the insurance cover available to the Insured. This statement comprises of the identification of the field covered, the Crop and variety planted, the respective area (in ha) planted, the Average Yield per hectare, the value per ton of harvested Crop and the sum insured for this Crop.

Examples of Cropping Plan in a sentence

  • If the insured Crops shall at the time of any loss be of greater value than the Sum Insured stated in the Schedule and calculated in accordance with the basis of indemnity (the Cropping Plan), the Insured shall only be entitled to recover hereunder such proportion of the said loss as the Sum Insured bears to the total value of the said Crop.
