Project Implementation Plan definition

Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Plan means the Project Implementation Plan referred to in paragraph 3 (a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Plan;
Project Implementation Plan and “PIP” mean the plan to be prepared by the Borrower for the implementation of the Project and referred to in paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with the approval of the Association, and such term includes any schedules and attachments to said PIP;

More Definitions of Project Implementation Plan

Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to repair/retrofitting of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof as per Schedule 6 of this Agreement.
Project Implementation Plan means the Project Implementation Plan, dated June 2004, adopted by the Borrower, giving details of the guidelines and procedures as shall have been agreed among the Borrower, the Bank and Project States for the implementation, supervision and monitoring of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to the Project Implementation Plan;
Project Implementation Plan means, if a Statement of Work is included in the Quotation (SOW) or otherwise created after award of the contract, the project management implementation plan, mutually agreed to by the parties, that sets timetables and the order of project rollout for the work scope set forth in the SOW, if and as applicable to the Products purchased.
Project Implementation Plan means the Borrower’s Project Implementation Plan, satisfactory and acceptable to the Association, including any amendments made to such plan, from time to time, with the Association’s approval, that sets forth various procedures and information necessary for carrying out the Project; performance indicators and monitoring and evaluation guidelines; administrative, accounting and financial procedures; procurement and disbursement guidelines; and environmental matters;
Project Implementation Plan or “PIP” means the Project plan specifying, among other things, the procedures, timetables, procurement, disbursement, financial management, accounting, reporting, monitoring, evaluation, environmental and social management, and other implementation arrangements agreed upon by the Recipient and Association, and including the DADP Guidelines, DIDF Guidelines, EBG Guidelines, CORDEMA Guidelines, ZARDEF Guidelines and NIDF Guidelines, as the same may be amended from time to time with the approval of the Association, and such term includes any annexes to the Project Implementation Plan.
Project Implementation Plan means the plan referred to in paragraph 2(a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Plan and “PIP” mean the plan dated April 2, 2010 adopted by the Recipient and acceptable to the Association, for the implementation of the Project, as such plan may be revised from time to time with the agreement of the Association.
