Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Plan means the Project Implementation Plan referred to in paragraph 3 (a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Plan;
Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to repair/retrofitting of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof as per Schedule 6 of this Agreement.

In case of any conflict between the terms of the Project Implementation Plan and the Action Plan with those of this Project Agreement, the terms of this Project Agreement shall prevail.
The Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Plan and shall not permit the said plan, or any provision thereof, to be amended, abrogated, suspended or waived without the prior written consent of the Association.
More Definitions of Project Implementation Plan
Project Implementation Plan or “PIP” means the implementation plan for the Original Project, as updated in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C. of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the said PIP may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Association.
Project Implementation Plan and “PIP” mean the plan to be prepared by the Borrower for the implementation of the Project and referred to in paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with the approval of the Association, and such term includes any schedules and attachments to said PIP;

Project Implementation Plan means the Borrower’s Project Implementation Plan, satisfactory and acceptable to the Association, including any amendments made to such plan, from time to time, with the Association’s approval, that sets forth various procedures and information necessary for carrying out the Project; performance indicators and monitoring and evaluation guidelines; administrative, accounting and financial procedures; procurement and disbursement guidelines; and environmental matters, provided, however, that if there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Project Implementation Plan, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail;
