Cross Dock means GCI’s leased cross dock facility located in Nogales, Arizona.

More Definitions of Cross Dock

Cross Dock means Product delivered to and distributed by Xxxxxx, but not owned, invoiced, or inventoried by Xxxxxx. Portions marked [***] have been omitted pursuant to a Confidential Treatment Request by The Fresh Market, Inc. This information has been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Cross Dock means cartons that have a store distribution provided before the product arrives at the distribution center for receipt. The product is received, labeled for store delivery and sorted to a shipping door for loading onto a trailer. Such cartons are never opened or put into storage rack.
Cross Dock means a Facility Service which is utilized when a Customer does not require Items to be stored once such Items are received. Once the Items arrive on a truck, the Items are transferred directly to the shipping dock to be loaded onto another truck to be shipped out to a customer or partner. If the Items being received need to be split up between multiple trucks to be shipped, this will require more handling and will typically lead to a higher cross dock rate.
Cross Dock product rates shall apply to full cases/pallets, and Cross Dock purchases (except for fluid milk) shall be included in Purchases.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.
