Crude Type definition

Crude Type means a type of Crude Petroleum set forth on Schedule A, which is incorporated into this Policy.
Crude Type is defined in Appendix 1 to Schedule "H";
Crude Type means a type of Crude Petroleum set forth herein

Examples of Crude Type in a sentence

  • In the case where only 1 price submission has been received or remains after the Second Phase of the Automatic Balancing Price calculation, balancing will be carried out on a Crude Type by Crude Type basis between the involved Shipper and the Carrier based on one of the methods in b) below.

  • Round Three: For each Crude Type for which at least 3 (three) Shipper provided prices remain, the Carrier will calculate a simple average after excluding any extreme prices as identified in Round Two.

  • Otherwise balancing will be carried out on a Crude Type by Crude Type basis between the involved Shipper and the Carrier based on one of the methods in b) below.

  • In any month where a Shipper’s Over/Short Position in a Crude Type is not balanced for whatever reason, that Over/Short Position in that Crude Type will be carried forward to the next month.

  • In the event that in any month there is only a single Shipper of a Crude Type, the Carrier will use pricing provided by that Shipper as the Automatic Balancing Price if the Shipper provides written evidence acceptable to the Carrier that the contractual basis for that pricing reflects a fair market value for the Crude Type for the relevant period of time.

  • Unless exception pricing applies, the final simple average price for each Crude Type in Schedule A will be the Automatic Balancing Price for that month.

  • Round One: for each Crude Type for which a minimum of 5 (five) Shippers have supplied a weighted average price for the month, Enbridge will calculate a simple average price using all prices submitted.

  • If the Carrier Imbalance Price for such Crude Type is greater than $0.00 per Barrel, then the PLA settlement price will be set by multiplying the volume of PLA by the Carrier Imbalance Price for such Crude Type.

  • If the Carrier Imbalance Price for such Crude Type is greater than $0.00 per Barrel, then the settlement price will be set by multiplying the Shipper’s Over/Short Position by the Carrier Imbalance Price for such Crude Type.

  • The Index-Based Major Portion (IBMP) price The IBMP price is calculated by using the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) Calendar Month Average (CMA) and adjusting this value for a designated area-specific Location and Crude Type Differential (LCTD).

  • engine type means a category of engines which do not differ in essential engine characteristics.

  • Service Type means the customer class, partial customer class and/or group of customer classes, as set forth in a Transaction Confirmation.

  • License Type means the identification of whether the license for a Software Product is for a Perpetual Term or Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

  • Approved Pricing Service means a pricing or quotation service either: (a) as set forth in Schedule 1.01(a) or (b) any other pricing or quotation service approved by the Board of Directors of the Borrower and designated in writing by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent (which designation shall be accompanied by a copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Borrower that such pricing or quotation service has been approved by the Borrower).

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • product type means any of the following:

  • Periodic Billing Requirement means, for any Remittance Period, the aggregate amount of Charges calculated by the Servicer as necessary to be billed during such period in order to collect the Periodic Payment Requirement on a timely basis.

  • Xxxxxx Xxx Guides The Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx' Guide and the Xxxxxx Xxx Servicers' Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Non-Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility means a Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility that does not meet the definition of an Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility.

  • Manual Load Dump Warning means a notification from PJM to warn Members of an increasingly critical condition of present operations that may require manually shedding load.

  • Pricing Service means J.J. Kenny or any pricing service designated by the Board of Directors of the Corporation provided the Corporation obtains written assurance from S&P and Moody's that such designation will not impair the rating then assigned by S&P and Moody's to the AMPS.

  • Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides. Each Party will bill its own network access service rates.

  • Selection Criteria means and includes all of the requirements, considerations,

  • Instantaneous flow measurement means the flow measured during the minimum time required for the flow-measuring device or method to produce a result in that instance. To the extent practical, instantaneous flow measurements coincide with the collection of any grab samples required for the same sampling period so that together the samples and flow are representative of the discharge during that sampling period.

  • Particulate matter emissions (PM) means the mass of any particulate material from the vehicle exhaust quantified according to the dilution, sampling and measurement methods as specified in this UN GTR.

  • Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.

  • Rate Type means the Offshore Rate, the Base Rate or the CP Rate.
