CSR Expenditure means all CSR expenditure of the Company as approved by the Board upon recommendation of the CSR committee, including the following:
CSR Expenditure means all CSR expenditure as recommended by the CSR Committee and approved by Board of Directors.
CSR Expenditure means the amount recommended by the CSR Committee to be incurred on the CSR Activities in India in terms of the Act and the CSR Rules as approved by the Board from time to time.

The Company, in every Financial Year, shall endeavor to spend such feasible amount as CSR Expenditure, which shall not be restricted by the statutory limit of a specified percentage of its average net profits of the immediately preceding three Financial Years.
CSR Expenditure shall not include expenditure on an item not in conformity or not in line with activities which fall within the purview of the CSR activities listed in Schedule VII.
More Definitions of CSR Expenditure
CSR Expenditure means the CSR expenditure proposed under this Policy and providing the corpus amount in furtherance of this Policy.
