CSR Expenditure definition

CSR Expenditure means all CSR expenditure of the Company as approved by the Board upon recommendation of the CSR committee, including the following:

CSR Expenditure means the amount recommended by the CSR Committee to be incurred on the CSR Activities in India in terms of the Act and the CSR Rules as approved by the Board from time to time.

CSR Expenditure means the CSR expenditure proposed under this Policy and providing the corpus amount in furtherance of this Policy.
