CTF Loan Agreement definition

CTF Loan Agreement means the agreement in respect of the CTF Loan, of even date herewith, between the Borrower and the Bank (acting not in its individual capacity but solely as an implementing entity of the Clean Technology Fund), as such Agreement may be amended from time to time, and includes all appendices, schedules and agreements supplemental to such Agreement.

Examples of CTF Loan Agreement in a sentence

  • This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date upon which the Loan Agreement and the CTF Loan Agreement become effective.

  • The following is specified as an additional condition to the effectiveness of this Loan Agreement for the purposes of Section 9.01(f) of the Loan Regulations: the CTF Loan Agreement shall have been duly executed and delivered on behalf of the Borrower, and all conditions precedent to its effectiveness shall have been fulfilled.

  • Bridge Loan Agreement means that certain Senior Unsecured Interim Loan Agreement, dated as of December 20, 2007, among Tribune, the Bridge Lenders, the Former Bridge Loan Agent, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as syndication agent, and Citicorp North America, Inc. and Bank of America, N.A., as co-documentation agents, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Funding Loan Agreement means the Funding Loan Agreement, of even date herewith, among the Governmental Lender, the Fiscal Agent and the Funding Lender, as it may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended by one or more amendments or other instruments supplemental thereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions thereof.

  • Prior Loan Agreement is defined in Recital A.

  • Loan Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Underlying Loan Agreement means, with respect to any Loan, the document or documents evidencing the commercial loan agreement or facility pursuant to which such Loan is made.
