CTF Loan definition

CTF Loan means the loan made to the Borrower by the Bank, (acting not in its individual capacity but solely as an implementing entity of the Clean Technology Fund), for purpose of the Project.
CTF Loan means the concessional loan provided under the CTF Loan Agreement and referred to in the preamble of this Agreement and in paragraph 11(a) of this Appendix.

Examples of CTF Loan in a sentence

  • Withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed US$23.2 million from IBRD Loan and $5.0 million equivalent from CTF Loan may be made for payments made after December 31, 2013 for eligible expenditures.

Related to CTF Loan

  • SOFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on Adjusted Term SOFR, other than pursuant to clause (c) of the definition of “Base Rate”.
