  • Gas shall not contain more than seven (7) milligrams of hydrogen sulphide per Cubic Metre nor four hundred and sixty (460) milligrams of total sulphur per Cubic Metre of Gas, as determined by standard methods of testing.

  • Every licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of its employees while on the licensed premises and any sale or other disposition of any malt liquor or intoxicating liquor by an employee to any person under twenty-one (21) years of age shall be considered an act of the licensee for purposes of imposing an administrative penalty, license suspension, or revocation.

  • The term « Gross Heating Value » shall mean the heating value expressed in MJ/m3 produced by the complete combustion at constant pressure, of one (1) Cubic Metre of Gas with air, with the gas free of water vapour and the temperature of the gas, air and products of combustion to be at standard temperature and all water formed by combustion reaction to be condensed to the liquid state.
