MDQ definition

MDQ means the total maximum MMBtu which Company shall be obligated to receive or deliver on a firm basis on any given day on behalf of customer.
MDQ or “Maximum Daily Quantity” shall mean the maximum daily quantity of gas LMM commits to provide service for under this Agreement, as described in Part I of Exhibit “E”.
MDQ means the aggregate of the Shipper’s Delivery Point MDQ’s;

Examples of MDQ in a sentence

  • Shipper's charges above shall be reduced, in Northern's sole discretion, for any quantity that is unable to be delivered up to the MDQ.

  • The Company shall deliver to the Customer the gas quantity provided by the Customer up to the MDQ level.

  • This clause 5 does not vary the MDQ and/or the MHQ for a Delivery Point.

More Definitions of MDQ

MDQ means the maximum quantity of gas (in GJ) which the Service Provider is obligated to receive from a User on any day under the Gas Transportation Agreement between the Service Provider and the User.
MDQ means the maximum quantity of Gas which Seller shall be obligated to supply on a firm basis to Buyer's Delivery Points on a particular day.
MDQ means the maximum daily quantity of Gas which TIGER is obligated to transport and deliver in the aggregate, as specified in an Agreement, except for Authorized Overrun Service, whether Contract MDQ or Point MDQ.
