MDQ means the total maximum MMBtu which Company shall be obligated to receive or deliver on a firm basis on any given day on behalf of customer.
MDQ or “Maximum Daily Quantity” shall mean the maximum daily quantity of gas LMM commits to provide service for under this Agreement, as described in Part I of Exhibit “E”.

The Parties shall agree in advance on the Commodity Charge to apply to any Natural Gas delivered to Utility in excess of its MDQ or TWE.

More Definitions of MDQ
MDQ means the maximum quantity of gas (in GJ) which the Service Provider is obligated to receive from a User on any day under the Gas Transportation Agreement between the Service Provider and the User.
