MDQ definition

MDQ means the total maximum MMBtu which Company shall be obligated to receive or deliver on a firm basis on any given day on behalf of customer.
MDQ or “Maximum Daily Quantity” shall mean maximum daily quantity of gas LMM commits to provide service for under this Agreement, as described in Part I of Exhibit “E”.

Examples of MDQ in a sentence

  • The Company shall deliver to the Customer the gas quantity provided by the Customer up to the MDQ level.

More Definitions of MDQ

MDQ means the maximum quantity of gas (in GJ) which the Service Provider is obligated to receive from a User on any day under the Gas Transportation Agreement between the Service Provider and the User.
