Cumulative Adjusted Operating Income definition

Cumulative Adjusted Operating Income means an amount, determined on the date of any proposed Restricted Payment, as applicable, equal to Adjusted Operating Income for the period from July 1, 2011 through the end of the most recently ended Quarter as to which financial statements have been delivered pursuant to Section 7.01.
Cumulative Adjusted Operating Income means aggregate Adjusted Operating Income for the Measurement Period.
Cumulative Adjusted Operating Income means the total Operating Income of the Reporting Unit, excluding extraordinary and non-recurring items including restructuring and related charges, goodwill or fixed asset impairment charges, prepayment fees on debt, other extraordinary charges or credits, and the effects of acquisitions, and also excluding any other items that the Committee deems appropriate for exclusion, for the [three] fiscal years beginning ____________ and ending ____________ (the “Performance Period”).

  • Total Fund Operating Expenses with respect to a Fund is defined to include all expenses necessary or appropriate for the operation of the Fund including the Adviser’s investment advisory or management fee under the Advisory Agreement and other expenses described in the Advisory Agreement that the Fund is responsible for and have not been assumed by the Adviser, but excludes front-end or contingent deferred loads, taxes, leverage expenses, interest, brokerage commissions, expenses incurred in connection with any merger or reorganization, unusual or infrequently occurring expenses (such as litigation), acquired fund fees and expenses, and dividend expenses, if any.
