CUMULATIVE RIGHTS definition

CUMULATIVE RIGHTS. No failure or delay by WFBC in exercising any right, power or remedy under the Agreement or documents given in connection with the Agreement shall operate as a waiver thereof; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power or remedy preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power or remedy under the Agreement. The remedies provided herein are cumulative and not exclusive of any remedies provided by law.
CUMULATIVE RIGHTS. The various rights and remedies of OWNER and MANAGER provided in this Agreement shall be construed as cumulative and no one of them is exclusive of the others or exclusive of any rights or remedies allowed OWNER or MANAGER by law.

  • Cumulative Net Losses means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate cumulative principal amount of all Receivables that have become Liquidated Receivables since the Initial Cutoff Date, net of all Net Liquidation Proceeds and Recoveries with respect to such Receivables as of last day of the most recently ended Collection Period.

  • Fixed Coupon Amount means the amount specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.
