Curated Submission Data definition

Curated Submission Data means Submission Data that has been confirmed by UAMS to be fully de-identified pursuant to TCIA’s Policies and this Agreement and is in a form suitable for publication by TCIA.
Curated Submission Data means Submission Data that has been confirmed by RSNA and TCIA to be fully de-identified pursuant to RSNA and TCIA's Policies and this Agreement and is in a form suitable for publication by RSNA and TCIA.

  • Organization acknowledges and agrees that the U.S. Government may have rights in the Submission Data and Curated Submission Data.

  • In addition, Organization grants to UAMS all further rights necessary for UAMS to make Curated Submission Data available to the public pursuant to the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License, which is incorporated herein by reference.

  • Organization hereby grants to UAMS a non- exclusive, sub-licensable, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to the Curated Submission Data for purposes of making the Curated Submission Data freely available for all purposes.

Related to Curated Submission Data

  • Bid Submission Date means the last date by which the City will accept Bids for an Invitation For Bid.

  • Review Materials means, for an Asset Review and a Subject Receivable, the documents and other materials for each Test listed under “Review Materials” in Schedule A.

  • Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.

  • Regulatory Information Service means a service approved by the London Stock Exchange for the distribution to the public of announcements; and

  • Contractor Sensitive Information means any information provided by the Contractor to the Authority (disregarding any protective marking or assertion of confidentiality) which: is specified as Contractor Sensitive Information in Schedule 7 and has not lost its sensitivity according to the justifications and durations set out in that Schedule; and is exempt information pursuant to sections 33(1) or 36, 38 or 39 of FOISA (having regard for that purpose to the public interest there might be in disclosing such information as referred to in section 2(1)(b) of FOISA).

  • ABS Informational and Computational Material means any written communication as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Asset Representations Review means, following the occurrence of a Delinquency Trigger, the review of ARR Receivables to be undertaken by the Asset Representations Reviewer pursuant to the terms of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.

  • Contract Data means any information provided in the tender document and agreed to by the Bidder.

  • Privacy Statement means any and all of the Company's privacy policies published on its web site or otherwise provided to users of the Company's products and services or the Company's data subjects regarding the collection, use and distribution of personal information from visitors to its web site, consumers of its products and services and/or the Company's data subjects, as applicable;

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Business Data means all business information and data, including Personal Information (whether of employees, contractors, consultants, customers, consumers, or other persons and whether in electronic or any other form or medium) that is accessed, collected, used, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, disposed of or otherwise processed by any of the Business Systems or otherwise in the course of the conduct of the business of the Company or any Company Subsidiaries.

  • Technical Report means a report prepared and filed in accordance with this Instrument and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report that includes, in summary form, all material scientific and technical information in respect of the subject property as of the effective date of the technical report; and

  • Asset Review Report means, with respect to any Asset Review, the report of the Asset Representations Reviewer prepared in accordance with Section 3.5.

  • Submission Date means the date on which You Submit a Contribution to Us.
