Curb service definition

Curb service means that food may be ordered from a vehicle parked in a drive-in service stall and served to a vehicle window by food service staff. At no time shall the vehicle driver or any passenger be required to leave the vehi- cle to order or be served food.
Curb service means all sales transacted outside of the building where the business is carried on. The intent of this provision being to insure that the sale and purchase of alcoholic beverages is transacted in a face-to-face meeting between the salesperson and the customer, with the customer outside of a motor vehicle and under such circumstances that the salesperson has a reasonable opportunity to determine if the customer is then in an intoxicated condition or is a minor.
Curb service means such service where the solid waste containers are picked up by the City at the front curb line of the customer’s property.
