Currency Exchange Account definition

Currency Exchange Account means the currency exchange account established pursuant to Section 8.10.

  • Currency exchange means receipt of revenues from the exchange of money of one government for money of another government.

  • Currency Swap Agreement means any currency swap agreement, including all schedules and confirmations thereto, entered into by the Issuer and the Currency Swap Counterparty, as the same may be amended, supplemented, renewed, extended or replaced from time to time.

  • Currency Exchange Protection Agreement means, in respect of a Person, any foreign exchange contract, currency swap agreement, currency option or other similar agreement or arrangement designed to protect such Person against fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

  • Foreign Exchange Rate means for any day that rate for the currency in question as published at 12:00 Eastern Standard Time, by the Bank of Canada in the City of Ottawa.

  • Foreign Currency Equivalent means, with respect to any amount in Dollars, the amount of any Foreign Currency that could be purchased with such amount of Dollars using the reciprocal of the foreign exchange rate(s) specified in the definition of the term “Dollar Equivalent”, as determined by the Administrative Agent.

  • Balance Currency means the currency that the trading account is denominated in and all charges including spreads, commissions and swaps, are calculated in that currency.

  • Alternative Currency Equivalent means, at any time, with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, the equivalent amount thereof in the applicable Alternative Currency as determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date) for the purchase of such Alternative Currency with Dollars.

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Base Currency Amount means, in relation to a Loan, the amount specified in the Utilisation Request delivered by a Borrower for that Loan (or, if the amount requested is not denominated in the Base Currency, that amount converted into the Base Currency at the Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange on the date which is three Business Days before the Utilisation Date or, if later, on the date the Agent receives the Utilisation Request) adjusted to reflect any repayment or prepayment of the Loan.

  • Foreign Currency Hedge means any foreign exchange transaction, including spot and forward foreign currency purchases and sales, listed or over-the-counter options on foreign currencies, non-deliverable forwards and options, foreign currency swap agreements, currency exchange rate price hedging arrangements, and any other similar transaction providing for the purchase of one currency in exchange for the sale of another currency.

  • Reference Currency means the currency specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Trading Account means the unique personified register of all completed transactions, open positions, orders and nontrading operations on the trading platform.

  • Currency Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the principal financial centre of the Relevant Currency or, in the case of euros, a city in which banks in general have access to the TARGET2 System.

  • Party A Currency Amount In respect of each Party A Calculation Period, an amount in Dollars equal to the principal amount outstanding of the Relevant Notes on the first day of such Calculation Period (after taking into account any redemption on such day).

  • Client Securities Rules means the Securities and Futures (Client Securities) Rules (Cap 571H of the Laws of Hong Kong).

  • Fitch Credit Support Amount means, for any Valuation Date, the excess, if any, of:

  • FX Exchange Rate means the FX Exchange Rate as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Currency of the Client Account means the currency that the Client Account is denominated in.

  • Joint Trading Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Foreign Exchange (FX) or “FX-like” Service means a retail service offering which allows FX End Users to obtain Exchange Service from a mandatory local calling area other than the mandatory local calling area where the FX End User is physically located, but within the same LATA as the number that is assigned. FX Service enables particular End Users to avoid what might otherwise be toll calls between the FX End User’s physical location and other End Users in the foreign exchange.

  • Currency Determination Agent means the agent, if any, from time to time selected by the Trustee for purposes of Section 3.10; provided that such agent shall accept such appointment in writing and the terms of such appointment shall be acceptable to the Company and shall, in the opinion of the Company and the Trustee at the time of such appointment, require such agent to make the determinations required by this Indenture by a method consistent with the method provided in this Indenture for the making of such decision or determination.
