Currency Hedging Obligations definition

Currency Hedging Obligations means the obligations of any Person pursuant to an arrangement designed to protect such Person against fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
Currency Hedging Obligations means, with respect to any specified Person, the obligations of such Person under any currency exchange swap agreements, currency exchange cap agreements, currency exchange collar agreements or any other agreements or arrangements designed to protect such Person against risks relating to fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
Currency Hedging Obligations means with respect to any specified Person, the obligations of such Person incurred in the ordinary course of business and not for speculative purposes under any foreign exchange contract currency swap agreement or similar agreement, together with any Guarantees of such obligations by any Restricted Subsidiaries of such Person.

  • Hedging Obligations means, with respect to any specified Person, the obligations of such Person under:

  • Secured Hedging Obligations means the obligations owed by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to any Hedge Bank pursuant to Secured Hedge Agreements.
